Static assets delivery
Origin endpoint for media and application bundles.
Objects are addressed by identifier and served through the edge cache:
/api/v1/assets/<id> — application bundles/uploadfiles/<id> — user uploads
Direct requests to this origin are not cached. Use the CDN hostname.
Cache status and object lifetimes are managed by the edge configuration.
